Policies & Agreements
Acceptance of Policies and Waiver
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and accept all policies of M&M Dance, Inc, Empower Dance Company and MMDC. You agree to make timely and complete payments and to follow all studio rules and policies.
Past Due Accounts
Past Due accounts are subject to a $25/month late fee, interest charges and may be turned over to the studio's attorney. M&M Dance, Inc. has the right to suspend or discontinue service until account is paid in full. Tuition will not be refunded or prorated should this occur.
Non-refundable Categories.
Class Fees, Costume Fees, Competition/Convention Fees, Registration Fees, CC Convenience Fees are non-refundable.
Dress Code
All dancers are expeted to come to class in dance clothes, with hair pulled up and the appropriate shoes for their class(es). Dancers should also have a dance bag. Please refer to the Dress Code section of our website.
